When I first started wearing Lolita, Bodyline was still considered to be a fashion faux pas. I won't say it wasn't for good reason, their origins are in cheap, fetish costumes and print replicas. However, they have really come a long way. I was impressed when I visited their store in Harajuku. The fabric is thick and the prints are original(keeping with the trends of major brands, of course), plus the shoes are worth it for the price.
I have to give them credit, not a whole lot of companies can pull quite the 180 that they managed to do, so I thought it was high time to showcase what you can do with a modern Bodyline dress.
I asked my locals to send me pictures of their favorite coords using Bodyline, and I must say I am pleased with the looks they have put together.
